The Platform is operated under the authority of Legitimate Treasure Ltd, the parent company overseeing the development and operations of the Legitimate Treasure ecosystem. By accessing or using this website and participating in the ICO or other programs, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

All content on the Platform—including logos, graphics, code, documentation, and branding—is the property of Legitimate Treasure Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legitimate Treasure Ltd shall not be liable for:
Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet address or network selection.
Losses resulting from hacking, phishing, or malware.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
All token transfers are permanent and irreversible. Always double-check the network (e.g., BEP20) before initiating any transfer.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legitimate Treasure Ltd, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Abia State, Nigeria, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Legitimate Treasure Ltd. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
By participating in the Legitimate Treasure ICO or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
